Door hangers are used by businesses and indivdiuals for many purposes. In addition to conveying an advertising message, door hangers can serve as temporary notices - like "Do Not Disturb". Utility companies and property management companies use door hangers to let their customers know when they have been visited.
Door hangers come in multiple paper weights, colors, shapes, and sizes. They can incorporate coupons, rotary file cards, business cards, and even post cards. Custom designs are also available. For small businesses and personal projects hangers are perforated down the middle for easy separation.
Quality door hangers will be centered and have proportioned dimensions. The hole will be designed for easy removal from the door, and the material will be hard to tear completely through, preventing the door hanger from falling off the knob. Door hangers that are not proportioned are harder to handle in large quantities and difficult to print on.
